Karuna-maya medicine was affected by a data breach on the 11th of September where some of our patients and fellow health providers were sent an email claiming to be from our reception@karunamedicine.com email account (image of email below).

If you received this email, please delete immediately and let the practice know of your involvement
If you clicked on the link, we suggest you change your email password

Our IT support team were able to contain the breach, and we have further strengthened our systems to avoid this occurring in the future. We will continue to work with our IT support team to maintain our IT security.

We are working with our IT support team regarding what data may have been compromised and will continue to share this information as it comes to hand.
