Please be advised that from 20th of February 2025, Karuna-maya Medicine will have a new online booking system which you can access as you normally would via our website, or by downloading the AMS Connect mobile app from either the App Store or Google Play Store.
This change in online booking systems (from HotDoc to AutoMed) will not affect any existing bookings that you have made already via HotDoc. Moving forward, the new AutoMed system will allow you to manage your bookings and more via their AMS Connect mobile app should you download it to your device.
Instruction to access the AMS Connect Mobile App:
Head to the Apple App Store or Google Play Store to download the AMS Connect Mobile App. Once downloaded:
- Search for our clinic
- Click Select and proceed to enter your Date of Birth, First Name, Last Name and Mobile Number
- Remember to tick the Terms and Conditions.
