Bec is a registered psychologist who has been working for over ten years in mental health and many of those years in community health.
She support people with a variety of concerns including: anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, stress, relationship or communication difficulties, adjustment issues, parenting and perinatal adjustment, older adulthood transitions, chronic conditions, work or study pressures, and navigating neurodivergence.
Bec provides individual sessions with adults 18 years through to older adults. She welcomes people from all cultural backgrounds and LGBTQIA+ clients, and accepts referrals for GP Mental Health Treatment Plans, WorkCover, TAC and VACU (Ambulance Victoria) and private-paying self referrals.
