Shannon is an Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) with a strong interest in many areas of nutrition, including women’s health issues, gastrointestinal disorders and supporting those living with chronic and invisible illnesses. She is passionate about taking a patient-centred and evidence-based approach, focussing on sustainable and practical nutrition strategies, to help manage chronic and invisible illnesses, which can be debilitating, complex and often overlap with one another.

Shannon is passionate about a non-diet and size-inclusive approach, aligning with the Health at Every Size (HAES) principles, to focus on long-term behaviour change, empowering clients in their individual health journeys and a positive relationship with food.
